All orders will be processed and shipped within 5-8 business days after placement (excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package in real time.

4. Customs Duties & Taxes

5. Package Tracking & Issue Resolution

6. Address Changes & Order Cancellation
- Address modifications or cancellations are only possible before order processing; once processed, changes cannot be made.

For eligible returns/exchanges, buyers are responsible for return shipping costs (except for quality issues). Returned items must retain original packaging and tags. Upon receipt, we will process refunds or exchanges within 5-8 business days.
